The party got him arrested for heresy when they accidentally led the city guards to his secret Mithraic temple under the church. Eorl secured his release from the Patriarch, although they probably would have let him go anyway.

Presumably returned to Rome with one of his Mithraic cohorts.  The last person to see him in the city was [[Adam the Goshawk]].
