tcm: there seems to be only two important parts to this entire text, and they both come at the end. Number One: King Kalin of Bjarmaland, whoever he is, has a [[Phoenix]]. Number Two: Either Vagn Akason, Jarl Erik, or Ingabjorg Thorkillsdottir has a fire kindled from the flames of the [[Phoenix]]. Might this maybe count as a feather?
