The [[Danger Gang]] breaks camp at the Greek shanty town and prepares for the last leg of their voyage to [[Phillipi]]. They are stopped and questioned by Bulgar soldiers, but are allowed to pass. Fearing there may be more stringent guards ahead, they decide they need a clever plan. [["Father" Simon|Arben]] whips up some fake beards out of horse hair for everybody as the center piece of some Bulgar costumes. [[Martialis]] is especially excited, since he has been trying to grow a beard for some time, but to no avail. He finally looks like a proper Druid. A little mud smeared around and they're looking like natural born Bulgars. [[Ramble]] tracks down some good wine, and they plan on getting any guards at the city gates drunk. They are very excited about this plan. They've got disguises and everything. Unfortunately, there are no guards.

The party enters the city and is imformed that the Bulgars have left. They remove their disguises, crestfallen. It seems the Bulgars have a habit of sacking city, then growing bored of it and leaving. "Oh, alright" they say, and check in for the night.
