Former sha'ir for the Fatimid Party, former court astrologer of Caliph Aziz, now in disgrace after a couple of bad predictions. Rather friendly with the Temporary Party. Probably a genius, but a bit of a schlemiel nevertheless. Once had a lovely assistant named Malak, but she split abruptly. Thinks the world will end in a little over a decade.
Recently eloped via an extremely rash teleport spell with the maiden Robia, and is now apparently prince of some kingdom in Transoxiana.
