Unfortunately for him, the Galatians didn't care that much about the "dragon" ravaging the countryside and a permutation of the [[Chrysopolis Party]] got the assignment instead: [[Lleryn]], [[Perun]] and [[Martialis]] were given the task, and managed to overpower Lugurix and his henchman [[Brynos]] once the trap was sprung. He released his pet cwn wbyr into the countryside (a gift from Wales intended for Aflaq), knowing that it would be mistaken for a dragon and that a band of Gaullish warriors would be assembled to put it down. He then contrived to sneakily kill those warriors immediately after the fact, so the incident would be blamed on hostile Greeks. Voila.
