Some kind of advisor to King Aflaq, served as an envoy to Wales. Tried to provoke hostilities between the Greeks and Galatians in the hopes of making the sluggish Gaullish nation rise again.

He released his pet cwn wbyr into the countryside (a gift from Wales intended for Aflaq), knowing that it would be mistaken for a dragon and that a band of Gaullish warriors would be assembled to put it down. He then contrived to sneakily kill those warriors immediately after the fact, so the incident would be blamed on hostile Greeks. Voila.

Unfortunately for him, the Galatians didn't care that much about the "dragon" ravaging the countryside and a permutation of the Chrysopolis Party got the assignment instead: Lleryn, Perun and Martialis were given the task, and managed to overpower Lugurix and his henchman Brynos once the trap was sprung. He was more or less blackmailed into accompanying them back to Chrysopolis.

Now tends to Lugurixia and has successfully paid off his debt of one horse to Chrysopolis, with Zahrah's help. Should probably not be left alone too long because he'll just come up with more ridiculous plans for a free Gaullish State.
