Chris: So, with the last line, do you think you'll have to kill them to get it out of them? Or that if you kill them they'll forget? It's so rarely just for the rhyme.

Kerry: That is a puzzler. I think that this might refer to them forgetting of they die, or rather that each of this is a single person, and thus the secret is lost with their death.

So, my guess is that Efraim is in Kondon, or, less likely, around that Rock Black and High. We're hacking Kondon one of these days, so we'll check there.

Issachar may be Seker, of Egypt. He is "cunning with his hands", and he lives in a pocket dimension or micro-Ravenloft in Egypt, near Memphis.
