tcm: assuming we are to choose two characters, i would like to choose number two and number six on this list if possible (which also assumes that two = mage and six = fighter-of-some-sort. let me know if this is not the case, and i should choose differently) thank you.
Noah: I presume that not all choices are necessarily final, and we can swap 'mongst ourselves once the full details of our characters have been revealed. That being the case, I will take the centaur and the half-ogre.
Chris: Can I get dibs on three and eight?
ET: I'll take the remaining characters. If I don't get to play one of the cool non-humans, I can at least be on the same team.
Sam: In all fairness to Evo, Hal did say to pick first characters only. Then second characters to be picked at a later date, if there are any left.
ET: When this all came up a loooooooong time ago, I mostly wanted to play a ranger, and it looks like #8 might be one (based on statements elsewhere, Chris actually wants #7). So it's all good. I just didn't know that Hal would even allow so many demis.
Noah: Quite the contrary -- all bets are off and all craziness is on. Demihumans have infravision and everything. And there's a frickin' centaur in the party! 'Zounds!
Chris: Quite right, three and seven. Spaced out. But if I'm hogging, I'll start with three and keep my fingers crossed.
ET: Since the Avengers have assembled, perhaps we want to think about scheduling the practice session?
Chris: I'm free pretty much whenever isn't 9-5 during the week. That was awkwardly worded, but I think my point has been made.
