They are bigger than normal bees.
The worker bees are fairly easy to distract with tales of pollen in distant locations, and, in general, have a friendly, even happy-go-lucky disposition. The soldier bees are a little more single-minded. The soldiers bees also, reportedly, have the ability to sting multiple times before death.
All are unquestioningly loyal to the Queen Bee.
