The Danger Gang, still en route to Rome dock somewhere in the Lombardic kingdoms for the night after a long day's sail. The sailors are all excited for some home cooked meals and a change in company. Martialis takes this opportunity to cast Reflecting Pool to find out what's up with Barnacle Bashim.
Bashim is loafing about, looking bored, with a bunch of nerds. There is also a woman dressed like a prostitute. Somebody notices the scry, and Bashim excitedly whips out a Medusa head and waves it around. Fortunately, the thing seems so rotten as to no longer have much of an effect. Crisis averted.
