Male Human (wererat) Thief or Fighter/Thief Level 9+?

A thief in the employ of the Thieves Guild of Calpe. He is also a Wererat. He has a big old scar on his face and used to guard Arabian caravans. Reportedly, he is Norwit's second in command.
He was supposed to be a eunuch, but one of his testes didn't descend, so while they cut off one, the other remained in his torso. This probably led to trouble in his job as eunuch.
