Taken from the corpse of Wogni, preist of the tailed people, in the New World	Party Item, currently in Anna's possession, but held in the past by Heloise, Harald, Celdrix, Great Dog, Kai, Edward the Penitent, and Reisha.

It made its way to the [[Lost Elven City]] most likely through the Hell portals the two locations had. It was used by the elves in that city until [[Ivan]] took it away for a bit. [[Esthalin]] retrieved it when she captured [[Ivan]]. Originally a weapon of the [[Tailed People]], who now want it back. Decreases charisma.
