Attemped to seize Constantinople and become emperor.
Was reportedly allied with a Black Dragon (deceased) and a Necromancer (double deceased), possibly from Africa.
He also has a daughter named Lugary.
Killed by the Danger Gang in April 989. Brought back by John Crescentius in the Porphyry chamber, like, 10 minutes later.
...now who knows who or what he is.
