An albino ship captain who was the last to bring supplies into Novgorod during the zombie seige. The reason he was able to do so was because he was a saboteur who was allied with the Tailed People.
He brought in people who opened the gates and let in zombie hordes. The Kebnegard-Bound Party beat back the zombies, but Eugenius escaped in the interim.
He later sold a big-fisted girl to Agafangul in Upsala as he hurried his way north.
