The great-granddaughter of Circe, she was encountered by the Island Party on the Greek Islands.
She turned Jean-Claude into a pig, which only means that Reynaldo needs to go back to her island with a bit more firepower than just he, Thalia and a piglet in order to retrieve her spellbook, which at least has Polymorph Other.
Unless this is another stupid internal power.
Obviously, she is a Total Hoor.
