Noah: We totally should have kidnapped her.

Chris: No, no, no. It's much better that she owes us one. That Bardas Phocas is going to give us some sweet sweet boons.

Noah: The only boon he'll give us is to let the DGA leave C-Town peacefully before he lays his siege, and that's no boon at all!

Chris: He'll give us a proper boon. Next thing you know, C-Town will be like Casablanca. No problem.

Noah: Well, that would be nice... only I'm afraid Chrysopolis is geographically more of a Polish Corridor than a Casablanca as far as Phocas is concerned.

Chris: It's fine, it's fine. I mean, if Phocas wants to win the hearts and minds of the people, he can't just go back on his word. So either he'll have to make good and treat us right, or murder us before the word gets out.

Noah: Uh... Phocas already has the hearts and minds of the people, dude. We're backing the unpopular candidate in this fight... and we're not all that popular ourselves.

Chris: What? But Basil seemed like such a stand-up dude. Well, still, he has to retain the hearts and minds of the people, which will be difficult if he's a known oath breaker. So we just gotta get the word out that we saved Lugary.

Noah: Aw... Nobody likes a show-off. 'Sides, he didn't make the oath. She did. His 15 year old daughter, a known carrier of the super-leprosy. I'd say the Danger Gang would be lucky to get a 'Special Thanks to' in the credits.
