During this time, news of Mamun's thieving prowess had spread and accumulated very very very close to the point when 4d6 thieves would have dropped whatever they were stealing at the time and migrated to Abyssinia, to steal under the command of master thief Mamun. Mamun was recently sentenced to death by the Abassid Caliph for allegedly stabbing the late Sancho Muhammed and feeding him to Harald in a pact with a Djinn to save the ass of the party.
