A day's boat ride southwest of Constantinople.

Housed statues that break weapons and a vicious minotaur mummy who carried a conch (who knows what that conch was about -- it blew up as collateral damage of Harald's lightning bolt).

The two rooms closest to the entry shaft appeared to have been converted for use by hidden Christians, but later abandoned (probably because of the Minoan's use of bull imagery throughout made non-idol worshippers edgy).

Designed as a cache of Minoan artifacts safeguarded from the People of the Sea, or so claims the Cretan Text found within.

Full of bugs.

Also contained some kind of cow-shaped contraption that allowed a single rider to fit in its stomach and 'think' the direction it moved (slowly). This may have been to safely grant access to a room with a trio of bull-like gorgons, the hazards of which Wirshin is intimately familiar with ('Don't say I didn't warn him! - God').

Became the site of a dispute between the party and the rebel general Michael Bourtzes. Didn't end well for Bourtzes.

Treasure contained therein: Javelin of Minos, Wings of Daedelus, Magical Bronze Plate Mail, Vampiric Axe of Life Exchange, Jar of Creeping Doom, and Small Golden Axe Head (see Items of Note).
