The City of Fire lies under the city of Babylon. It is sacred to the Zoroastrians, and was once home of the Div. They have fled from it, going to no one knows where. What lurks there now?
It has 13 gates, each guarded by different monsters, and the city that one enters changes depending on the gate used.
