Roricus is Evfemia’s fraternal twin brother, and at times in her life has been her only reason for living. He gets confused easily, is prone to violent outbursts and yammers constantly at nothing. However he has been the source of the only pure affection for Evfemia in her life, and she would die to protect him without a second thought. He is an extremely proficient climber, as much of his time was spent literally “climbing the walls” waiting for his sister to return from whatever theft she was perpetrating on his behalf. The only other thief skill he has any claim to is “the quiet game,” such as when they stowed away to Byzantium. He will only do this at Evfemia’s request, and is otherwise hopeless as a thief.

Both of the twins look uncomfortably like Wirshin, but nobody ever talks about it.
