The chart below lists all Sundays of September and October. Please specify "yes" if you are available that Sunday or "no" if you're not and we'll go from there.

tcm: okay, i cannot plan this far ahead (and, i assume, neither can ET or Sam) because who knows when and how often Queens party will play. when others have filled in their availability, and a Sunday looks to be good for everybody else, we'll forego a Queens party day and play Battle Royale on that Sunday. savvy?
Maggie: Ok. I am putting you down as a yes for all Sundays, then, since you can change your plans for any Sunday. The chart's really to narrow down when we can't play because people are out of town or something. I will let Sam and ET put in their own availability.
Kerry: Remember, you need not forgoe your game. This will be short, so you could just start a little later than usual if you want to play afterwards.
ET: tcm doesn't speak for all of Queens party. I rate the regular campaign a higher priority than BR and considering that Queens party has yet to play two weeks in a row, it makes more sense for BR to fall on a free Sunday than for us to give up a day where we can get our players together. That said, if it ends up being the case that BR ends up scheduled for earlier on the same day as a Queens party game, then it should happen at Sam & Adan's (instead of the mysterious location that Hal's been so coyly hinting about) since it would be unfair for us to give up additional game time to commute back into Queens. I've removed the first few weekends on the chart as we already know Hal & Kerry will be out of town.
Noah: 9/24 is AWA, which I will most likely attend. October should be clear, though, unless Erin tells me otherwise.
