The Danger Gang Find An Indecipherable Undersea Monument

Martialis gets a group of dolphins together and casts Water Breathing on the Danger Gang. They swim down to where the merman said the monument should be. They find a huge rock face with an inscription in the latin alphabet and the runic alphabet. They also find it guarded by four Sea Lions (not sea lions but Sea Lions). They take care of those jerks with the help of the dolphins then set about transcribing the inscription (by carving into a plank of wood).
