Real name: Arctophilus.

Had a big beard (until Throkians shaved it off), and wears Eastern Orthodox ecclesiastic garments.

A priest of some standing in Chrysopolis. Now in good with Halcyon and Eorl. Impersonated by a doppleganger for a while.
