City of Dreams

Another name for Novgorod, which was built by Igwolf.

The actual City of Dreams is Nabowod, a city in northern India, that Novgorod merely resembled. Alexander traveled there, bringing back an Artifact, a Magical Tarot deck that he agve to Igwilf. She in turn left it in Novgorod.

The city was built by a man named Hamdam, who became fabulously wealthy due to following his dreams. He used his wealth to build Naowobad, and his jeweled palace was the centerpiece. As his dreams built the city, it is called the City of Dreams. All who sleep within its walls are said to have prophetic dreams. Also, there is a chance (around 110%) that the dreamer may have to fight the nightmare creatures of his own id. If you die in a dream....
