Small Greek city on the borders of Bulgar territory in Macedonia. Recently sacked, as of February 16, 988.
Site of St. Paul's baptism of Lydia the purple dye maker, an act for which he was incarcerated. It is said that there is a font dedicated to her which is some manner of holy shrine.
It's Basilica of St. Paul is rumored to have been built on the ruins of an Egyptian tomb.
Present home to Norro and his tale of woe.
