The Danger Gang Get Distracted By A Lubia

After resting the sleep of heroes, the Danger Gang arise, ready to raid the dwarven library at Kochelmik. Normally, tall folk aren't welcome in the city proper, but, what with stopping war from overwhelming the city twice, they are granted a day pass. They're even granted some clothes with the official city colors, whatever they were. Here are some things they learned in the library:

• One non-fictional dwarven kingdom that didn't attend the recent dwarven conclave is Hartzmak.

• Domdaniel was conquered by a council of 8 wizards. Since then they have distrusted magic users.

• Talaba Ibn Abul Raman, an associate of Muhammed, went to free Domdaniel, killing seven of the eight wizards. He used earthquakes, and consequently, there are lots of important things buried in the vicinity.

• Domdaniel once tried to assault the stronghold of Morgana, but they failed.

• A patrol of dwarves found a scrap of paper near an old abandoned Masonic temple.

• Flintspark was a poet that lived in Tyre.

After all that reading, they need a break. They retire to their inn, but soon Barry wanders off. The Gang soon notices that he's missing, and they go through a big thing tracking him down. There's a beautiful woman in a thatch of trees and she's guarded by incredibly unwise dwarves, goblins, and some animate trees. There's a lot of fighting, and without Barry it gets pretty tough. Eventually they get the beautiful lady with a Phantasmal Killer. Turns out she was a Lubia, which is a Lamia. She did manage to save up a bunch of gold and silver, which is nice. Bad news is, Barris lost a point of Wisdom. Good news is, Kochelmik now has all these missing native sons returned. Bad news is, they've lost a lot of Wisdom. They make Karl look positively street smart. Still, once again, these guys are great heroes.
