The scion of the Crescenti, a senatorial family of Rome. He's known to dress all in black velvet. When encountered by the Danger Gang, he had several magic items and effects on his person, including a rapier with a necromantic effect, a hunting horn with summoning, and some sort of divination effect on his person.
