City of Night

Long ago, in the age of Menophany (~6000 B.C.), this was called the City of Light, and it was he largest city in Kondon. Kondon was a large continent, around the size of Europe. Its ruler was a sorcerer named "Beshna" (guessed alternate pronunciation: Vecna). He sought to transport the land elsewhere (to Mu), but he failed, sending it instead to a place of terrible cold, where all froze. "Beshna" may well have survived as an undead badass.
