Give up on Pyramids, go play some Polo

After several hours of searching, we fail to find any more unexplored parts of the dungeon. At a loss for anything else to do, we go make some noise in the queen's chamber, waking the long-dead monarch. She is rather tall - about 5'10" and does not appear to be Egyptian. After a surprisingly short fight she is reduced to dust. We find some gold bracelets but nothing else of interest. After systematically disbelieving the entire explored area, we give up and head back into the city.

At the city gates we are stopped and asked to surrender not only Mamun but also Harald to face charges of murder. They do not resist arrest and the two are locked up, guarded by an odd masked man. Our prisoners find themselves afflicted with some latent mummy-induced skin disease, but are refused treatment by the masked man, who seems to be on good terms with the Caliph.

On the day of the trial, Mamun gives a somewhat abridged account of our Cannibulemia episode and pleads guilty but sorry. Meanwhile, our golden-masked friend reveals himself to be yet another Harald clone, and is accusing the real Harald of murder and of conspiring against the Caliphate by attempting to infect the people with his terrible skin disease. Harald is able to refute the charges against him (and get their diseases cured at last) but Mamun is pronounced guilty and sentenced to death. After much negotiation we manage to postpone his sentence in return for (... some quest, please fill this in ^_^ .. ). We also arrange to play a game of polo, wagering a library visit against more quest work.

Outside, Harald is challenged to a duel by fake Harald, who turns out to be another wax golem. We destroy it and bring the remains (and some witnesses) in as extra proof of Harald's innocence.

The following day, an exciting game of polo begins! So far the score is 1-0 us.
