Orinopolis

A ghostly city on Mt. Athos that appears around the time of the full moon. It is guarded by a ghostly Shedu that has been detected as Lawful Good.

They speak an unknown language there that is said to have developed independently from all others. Unfortunately, that means no one knows the language and even the spell Tongues doesn't work.
