Talk:The Danger Gang Meets Another Modron And Plays 20 Questions
Hal: The one contingency no one could have planned for: the Chrysopolis guard making a morale check...
tcm: Hey! Zahrah totally took down one of those dandies before her heart exploded... again.
Chris: It's true, Zahrah did a very good job; almost good enough to join the Chrysopolis guard. She definitely knocked that first level fighter unconcious before she fell unconscious and lost more than a third of her permanent hitpoints.
tcm: yeah, but that was after Zahrah fought Beau to a standstill (a fight that had to be stopped before anybody fell over). what i'm saying is, is that Zahrah deserves some props.
Chris: She didn't fight him to a stand still. Beau still had seven hit-points left when she was knocked down to zero.
tcm: i believe the match was stopped before anybody was knocked out; therefore, they fought to a standstill. if the match had been allowed to progress, who knows what would have happened?
Chris: A standstill implies the fight could have gone no farther. Face it, it was a TKO by referee stoppage.
tcm: the point i'm trying to make is that Zahrah deserves props. she fought Beau, and then she beat up a Dandy, all while at negative. that's all. sure, it was a TKO by referee stoppage (but who was the referee, i wonder? ;)
