The Danger Gang Auxiliary Defeats A Kulshedra

The Danger Gang Auxiliary sails out to Snake Island on the Iris. As they approach some coastal ruins, they see a plaque, reading "Praise to (scratched out) for driving pirates off this holy island". They also see some Larva crawling out of the woods. They sure look gross.

After picking them off with arrows, they row ashore. Oeonoe casts a bunch of preperatory spells and Arben summons a bunch of Goblins and Muck Dwellers. They head in to the temple complex and a seven headed Kulshedra slithers out of the largest building. There are a bunch of larva around as well. They send the summoned monsters to deal with the larva. Xenon and Eorl press forward to soak up some hits from the Kulshedra, leaving the spell casters free to whip Magic Missiles at it. They soon run out of tricks. The Kulshedra is really gross, squirting noxious milk at Eorl and Xenon while urinating out more Larva. It is really gross. On top of that, this thing has some surprisingly effective magic resistance, which ends up eating up a few magic missiles. The spell casters have run out of their best trick. Ezio Stinking Clouds a temple from which more larva seem to be emerging and Arben entrances four of the seven heads with a Hypnotic Pattern. The Kulshedra breaths some fire at the spellcasters, but Oeonoe's Control Temperature keeps it from killing them. Xenon and Eorl stop hiding behind their sheilds and get aggressive on this freak, and soon chop it down to size. They then polish off the Larva.

Feeling pretty good about themselves, they head back to the boat and rest.
