Part of Orm's Moorish Allies.

A Sha'ir, or djinn specialist. He uses magic by asking djinns to go to different planes and retrieve the magic for him.

He also seems to be able call specialized djinns to perform tasks for him, including two to fight for him: one a six-armed djinn and another a green fire-breather.
