Can Rejoins The Danger Gang In Ilerya

As the Danger Gang rises from another restful night, they find they've been rejoined by their smelly companion Can. He bears an icon of the Earthly Beauty (about which he's mysteriously tight lipped) and, much to Karl's delight, a sack of gemstones from the Patriarch. These include two Lapis Lazuli, 2 Fire Opals, 2 Amethysts, 2 Peridots, 2 Bloodstones, and 1 Jasper. He rolls them lustily between his remaining fingers.

They begin the walk down to the Mount Tomor, where Baba Tomor is logically rumored to live. They days passes, uneventfully.

That night, before hitting the sack, Martialis whips up a Messenger to deliver a letter from Eorl to Princess Elfreda. Who knows what that says. Secret, probably.

Then Marty calls on a couple of eagles to see what they know about Baba Tomor. They say there's going to be three types of people trying to block their path to the Baba; eagle people, dwarf people, and invisible people. They take the news in stride.

Martialis then casts Reflecting Pool on Puff, boss of the Cat People. He appears to be reclining in the court of that cursed Mohammad Ben Yaya. Ben Yaya seems to be assembling quite the rogue's gallery.

The Danger Gang takes the news in stride and hits the sack.
