City of Blood

The City of Blood is located in Eastern Europe, on or near the Euxine (like maybe around Translyvania, perhaps?). It is of unknown age and origin. It is described as a city of the damned, chock full of horrible undead. Anyone who enters the city loses their life, and becomes undead. As Ayesha says, "Don't go there." This means that inevitably the Following Alexander Party will end up going there, just like every other damn place that people warn us off from.
