Found on the body of a man allegedly named Zadok, who was foolish enough to stumble into the lair of a Phantom Sheet, and unfortunate enough to become a Sheet Ghoul.
An unknown number of pages from the manuscript were burned away in the fight.
Gershon says that Zadok told him to direct his attention to the first paragraph of the first page for some reason. That page may have been burnt up.
