He is known as a trickster with a love of gold, jewels, and inventions.
He is rumored to have once cut the tail off the God Of The Lizardmen and made it into a blimp. The lizardmen still have beef, even though the tail grew back.
This may be just a rumor.
They say he created the gnome race from gems he found in a cave and subsequently breathed life into. In his excitement, he dropped some of these gems, and they fell through a crack in the cave floor. These became the Sverfnibli.
