Ice Devil

A devil that seems to enjoy the cold a great deal. They can cause supernatural fear, use cold-based magics, and just beat you senseless with their fists.

Two attacked the Intrepid Heroes outside of the Everbloom, kidnapping Stepanova. Jean-Claude almost single-handedly beat one of them after the other took off with his prize.
