Letter from A Son of Proteus to his Brethren in Egypt

Penned by the doppelganger that led the failed coup in Chrysopolis. Written in Egyptian hieroglyphics.

  Brothers!

Too long have we lived in fear because we know not whether the pharaoh possesseth the eye
of Ra, or the Greek nail, or the shenanigans of Allah; let us now follow the example of the
Jews. Here, where the trail went cold, there lieth a pleasant land filled to bursting with
human brains. Might it be promised?

Directions: Follow thou the river down. Once out upon the father, travel around the horn
of the Hittites. When the skin of the father narrows to a shout's range, turn right, and
there thou wilt see a crudely filled in harbor. Thou wilt know me, of course; I will be
the one surrounded by smug humans who do wish to be assassinated.

Bonus: The traitor (his name is spelled in hieroglyphics here; three glyphs: a long tailed
bird? A crown? A scepter?) whom I, for one, was seeking before my stroke of luck, is said
to be nigh. Let us divide him.

The message is signed, again in hieroglyphics, this time with four glyphs: A tortoise? A ship? A mountain? A feather or a leaf?
