Little Caesar

The last dwarf of Cylia, Little Caesar is actually only half-dwarf. His father was Julius Caesar (his mother was named Glorianda). He was cursed as a boy to never age, so he's 900 years old or so, but he looks like he's five. He can't level because he's technically a monster, but he does have lots of crazy powers, like he can lay on hands once per person per day on a whole of people. He can also Cure Disease, some other ones too. I don't remember.

He has a horn that can make things dance and a cup that can only create wine in the presence of goodness.
