Quickling

Quicklings, or "Uties" as they refer to themselves, dwell (or dwelled) in the forests northwest of Constantinople. They are, as their name implies, very quick. They're fey folk, but twisted and evil. They like to make shoes out of adventurers that they torture to death and hate the dryads. A group of adventurers slaughtered most of them, and the Danger Gang reportedly took out the rest of their male population. Their high speed and nigh-invisibilty makes them incredibly difficult to hit. They get three attacks per round with their needle-like daggers.
