He’s evil, created by some gods to keep others in check, and he has a powerful magic item (you can change into whatever weapon you want if you have it—that is if ‘take the form of’ means ‘change into). Also, he tells us about some orb full of knowledge that time forgot, but that was destroyed by Beshna. Good for him! He also tells us that the new world is called Toropay & that the one who created the one’s with tails cannot make new but can only mix up already created things.
