Return to the Mound of Shards

In the morning we ask god some questions and decide it's safe to use the magic water (..?..) to restore Agav's arm but not Harald's disease. We then spell up and return to the mound of shards. We disarm some traps and poke around in the tombs for a bit. We come upon some rooms that are entirely black. After exploring a bit with an unseen servant we think better of going in ourselves and continue on. As we enter a tomb-lined corridor we come across a creepy disembodied hand which splits into four copies of itself and attacks us. Several of the tombs on the sides open up and skeletons climb up. Ailyll's crocodiles make quick work of the skeletons but after making several saving throws against death and failing a few against blindness we are forced to flee.

We rest and heal, then return to finish off the hand monster.
