tcm: whoa! how many gateways to Hell is there? that's three for certain so far. can these be used as an effective means of travel between these various places, or will the distance still be the same? i don't know, Esthalin said that Asophus sent demons to attack her, and Asophus was in Scotland while Esthalin was under the Euxine Sea. that's a long ways away, but Esthalin was fucking crazy, so who knows?
