A Devil that lived in Cassander's tomb; he was sent back to the Nine Hells by the Danger Gang. He has a tail and claws that can put the fear in you and enjoys drinking the marrow out of people's bones. He can also paralyzed you once you're in the grip fear, leaving you overwhelmed by terror, but helpless to do anything about it.
