Nice guy, if a little sheltered. His Vizier Al-Mansur acts as regent, and keeps pushing back the date of Hisham's assumption of power "because half-elves mature more slowly." Has rings of Fire and Air Elemental Control, and a Scimitar of Speed. Hopefully won't die on an adventure with the Following Alexander Party.
