The City of Blood is located in Eastern Europe, on or near the Euxine (like maybe around [[Translyvania]], perhaps?). It is of unknown age and origin. It is described as a city of the damned, chock full of horrible undead. Anyone who enters the city loses their life, and becomes undead. As [[Ayesha]] says, "Don't go there." This means that inevitably the [[Following Alexander Party]] will end up going there, just like every other damn place that people warn us off from.
