The leader of the Elven Genocide Squad.
He was in Lyoses in 972 and orderd the deaths of the entire population, inlcuding Gaulthiel and Alanie.
Recently, he's allied himself with Orm in defense of what's left of Kebnegard for reasons only the Moors know.
There is a tenuous alliance between what's left of the Elven Genocide Squad, Orm's people, and the Kebnegard-Bound Party held together only by Orm's force of will.
