The leader of the Elven Genocide Squad.
He was in Lyoses in 972 and ordered the deaths of the entire population, including Gaulthiel and Alanie.
Recently, he's allied himself with Orm in defense of what's left of Kebnegard for reasons only the Moors know.
There is a tenuous alliance between Orm's Moorish Allies, Orm's people, and the Byzantine Envoys held together only by Orm's force of will.
