A large Moorish fighter who tortured Reynaldo in Madrid for a month in 984. When Reynaldo escaped, he carved his mother and father's names into Qadir's cheeks and the word puto into his forehead.
He now wears fabric around his whole face to cover his disfigurements. He's also tatooed an arrow on his face pointing from his forehead to his left cheek, which bears the name Alanie.
Recently, he's allied himself with Orm in defense of what's left of Kebnegard for reasons only the Moors know.
There is a tenuous alliance between what's left of the Elven Genocide Squad, Orm's people, and the Kebnegard-Bound Party held together only by Orm's force of will.
